Dedijer expresses interest, cautions about funding, and suggests work on a comparative study of science and technology policy in India and China. Siddhartha follows up with a detailed letter on China's policies, and decision making in science policy including "four different types of goal changes that take place in science and technology organisations".</dc:description><dc:rights xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Access Level 1: Online.
